the "reservation" that wasn't I made a reservation two weeks in advance, then was told at check-in that they didn't have a room for us. By then, every room in every Grand-Rapids area hotel was booked. So I have no idea how to rate this hotel, because I never saw the inside. If you make a reservation, don't assume that they saved a room for you. What Hotel Room? When I tried to check in at the desk the lady there informed me that Hotels.com had overbooked and that I had no room. No attempt was made to resolve the situation. I never got to any room. I did not stay the night. The lady said that hotels.com would not charge me. I hope she is right.
The Room place ok. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were even worse. Definitely recommend bringing your own pillows.

Avoid this place Roaches. Cigarette burns everywhere. EVERYWHERE. Dirty. Then the hotel did not remedy the situation and has not gotten back to me regarding reimbursement.
