Worthy of a refund Night staff was rude, acted like i was bothering her and left me out in the cold literally. The only redeeming person was the older littke mainenance persdon who assisted me with the ekevator and cart.place is beyond rundown, dirty, and falling apart. It was noisy and cold, i was freezing all night.

Spend a few more bucks and stay elsewhere. Just terrible - the photos on the website are NOTHING like the room. The lobby looks fine, but the room reeks of stale cigarette smoke. The water temperature wouldn't regulate (which I didn't know until the next morning), and there were no hangers in the so-called closet, which was really just a corner of the room separated by a cloth drape. The whole place was nasty. Dirt everywhere. The elevator was dirty with fuzz on top of pictures. The bathroom had pubic hairs on the counters.

I requested a suite and got a room with a little kitchenette with no plates or pots and pans. Breakfast was supposed to be available but when i asked where it was the front desk clerk pointed to a cabinet where she said they had granola bars and t was all gone. She told us we didn't miss much. There was a horrific smell down the hall. I will never return to this property.

Not worth it Horrible! Bed bugs, roaches, room smelled of smoke. And the floor was not swept and the shower was dirty.

Angry customer Well i paid for the room for me to be mad by the time i got there. 1st off it was a couple already there that was standing around for 20 minutes cause their wasnt anyone working! Then we get someone on the phone that contacts someone who works for the company that took an extra 40 minutes for the employees to get their. Now im pissed cause im sleepy and need my rest but not tonight due to the ghetto lady that comes in first like we ruin her night. The she talked down to us which pissed me off more.
