Bed got bugs. In the morning when i was going to take a shower I noticed bites on my stomach and my back. 😡😡

The countertops in kitchen area and bathroom were sticky with dried on substances, as was the bathroom floor. Was told to "plug the kitchen sink with a rag" when I wanted to wash dishes. This facility used to be really good; now it must be under new "mismanagement." Won't stay again.

They changed me after I cancelled which I never said then when I called they didn’t answer at first then when they did they were very rude

Our room was filthy - there was what looked like old cake left on the floor in huge crumbles, the counter was sticky, the bedside table was sticky, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been washed. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector.

Worthy of a refund Night staff was rude, acted like i was bothering her and left me out in the cold literally. The only redeeming person was the older littke mainenance persdon who assisted me with the ekevator and cart.place is beyond rundown, dirty, and falling apart. It was noisy and cold, i was freezing all night.

Spend a few more bucks and stay elsewhere. Just terrible - the photos on the website are NOTHING like the room. The lobby looks fine, but the room reeks of stale cigarette smoke. The water temperature wouldn't regulate (which I didn't know until the next morning), and there were no hangers in the so-called closet, which was really just a corner of the room separated by a cloth drape. With the stench of the room, I slept with the window open so I could breathe (November in Michigan). Mattress was horrible. The only good thing... read more

The whole place was nasty. Dirt everywhere. The elevator was dirty with fuzz on top of pictures. The bathroom had pubic hairs on the counters.

I requested a suite and got a room with a little kitchenette with no plates or pots and pans. Breakfast was supposed to be available but when i asked where it was the front desk clerk pointed to a cabinet where she said they had granola bars and t was all gone. She told us we didn't miss much. There was a horrific smell down the hall. I will never return to this property.
