Not worth it Horrible! Bed bugs, roaches, room smelled of smoke. And the floor was not swept and the shower was dirty.

I liked the neighborhood the hotel is located. Close to stores and restaurants

Angry customer Well i paid for the room for me to be mad by the time i got there. 1st off it was a couple already there that was standing around for 20 minutes cause their wasnt anyone working! Then we get someone on the phone that contacts someone who works for the company that took an extra 40 minutes for the employees to get their. Now im pissed cause im sleepy and need my rest but not tonight due to the ghetto lady that comes in first like we ruin her night. The she talked down to us which pissed me off more. Upon arrival, we were informed that if it had not been for a last minute cancellation, we would not be able to stay, though the trip was booked 4 months in advance. In addition, the hotel claimed that they were not able to reach us to notify us of the overbooking. We traveled 4+hours, and to arrive late at night with this confusion - not fun. The in-room hair dryer did not work (yes, they replaced it), we were told the breakfast lasted until 9:30am, but at 9am it was all put away. The room was mostly clean, but there was som... read more

Not great ~ wouldn’t stay again. Not great. The room smelled musty and we smelled smoke in the hallway when we arrived even though the hotel is non-smoking. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I asked for an extra pillow and they had none. The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient though.

Expedia confirmed my reservation at a 4/5 star hotel and charged me 200 per night then moved my to a two star hotel in an unsafe area that costs 70 per night bc the original hotel had overbooked and paid Expedia 168 for the error. So Expedia got 568 for my two nights in a crappy hotel. Took them over two hours to rebook me. Didn’t get to new hotel til 130 am. And the refund was for about 170. This is unacceptable. They made money off me. And refuse to refund me more. They should comp the first night and only charge me 70 whi... read more
