The first hotel room that was given smelled like smoke, so we had to switch to a different one. Also, the new room had an old cheerio left on the ground. There was no top sheet on the mattress and it seems that they re-use the blankets and sheets, some had stains left on them. The cleaning lady knocked on the door the day of checkout at 8:30am and checkout is at 11. She almost came in to the room, she stated "I'm sorry I thought you were checked out already." We were given a first floor room, walked in to it, winter was opened and room was freezing. Smell of cigarette smoke was so strong. It is a non smoking hotel. You get charged for smoking in room and I didn't want it,charged to us. Went back to front desk. She was gone, a note was put out she was attending service to a room. I waited over 15 minutes to request a room change. She finally came back and switched our room. Smells like smoke, staff was okay, the breakfast bar only had coffee and granola bars, our room had a kitchen but you need to order the plates, pots, pans and such. Took them over an hour to get it to us though

Basic room. The bathroom toiletries were bad, the bed comforter and bedding was old and worn. The heater dripped all night, keeping me awake. Wouldn't stay here again.

The first room that I was given, I pulled back Sheet on bed and there was a lot of hair on it, looks like they were never changed from last visitor. Next room a lot better.
