Phone system were down Not a bad place to stay, but their phone system was down all day and I ended up driving 35 plus minutes each way for something that could have been handled over the phone, and that’s after I called 50 times and finally someone said oh the reason you keep being hung up on is the phones are down...

I being double charge $$$$$$$ for this place,$114.00 from Standed Stay America hotel.and $103.00 from Expedia.com ??? What an inconvenient situation

Never again... I would not choose this hotel ever. Got there at around 11 at night and could not get into the hotel lobby and there was a sign that said call. It transferred me to a corporate site and they didn't have any idea of what to do. Cleaning lady let me in went around to some rooms and found one that was clean. She gave me a key and said it'll be okay until the morning. Went to check out in the office lady blew me off. Terrible. Especially considering I just got off the road from a five-hour trip. Never again.

No good Bed bugs. Not great. Rude staff. Place was overbooked

Poorly kept! When we arrived we noticed the filthy windows, cigarette butts everywhere outside front door. We arrived the morning after our check in date due to missing a connecting flight. Our room was not ready...they had given it to someone else even though we paid. ALL wknd we complained of a guests barking dog as they allow pets...NOTHING was done. I travel a lot and stay at extended stays....this is the WORST ive ever encountered.

Worst hotel experience ever - stay elsewhere I cannot believe that they can call this place an Extended Stay America, as I have been to several others and they all have out classed this place by far. Unfortunately, I had little time to prepare for this business trip, and since I have always had good experiences as ESA hotels, I didn't think much of it to stay here, but as it turns out I should've read the reviews more closely, here and on Google as well.
