Horrible The service was horrible. Waited for service for 2 hrs. Then the rep. Had an attitude because I Disturb her from sleeping

When we arrived in the room the bed was not made up, there were no pillows, and there was hair in the toilet. Thankfully we received a refund and the front desk seemed very upset about the condition of the room, but there was only one person working and the wait to talk with her was very long (not her fault). Overall, the price was definitely not worth the accommodations.

Dissapointing Check in was fine as was the room as a whole. No problem with staff. However, upon moving the night stand slightly my 15 year old daughter found a comb and an empty condom box. After getting out of the shower in the morning I realized there was only a hand towel and a wash cloth in the bathroom. Very frustrating and gross

House Keeping I had no idea when I reserved this room that there was no house keeping unless you had been there for seven (7) day. I have traveled all over this country and in a number of foreign countries and I have never rented a room where there was no house keeping for a week. On top of that in order to get clean towels you had to take them down yourself and IF they had them you could exchange the, When I got to my room I had exactly one (1) bath towel, again, I have never seen that. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel I would never stay here again. They were limited towels, blower dryer didn’t work and no extra blankets, very thin sheets

I'm leaving in the morning. I had booked a two night stay 03/03-03/05 ..I'm in town for a funeral , but unfortunately I will be checking out in the morning due to the unsafe environment here someone opened my room door and the thing that kept them from actually entering my room was me getting up to use the bathroom and turned a light on and scared them off. nasty Found a old dirty shirt in the room must been from the previous stay cigarette buts under the bed the only had one big towel in the room i thought more than one big towel comes with a double bed suite.. had the kitchette included and uncalled down for dishes they didn’t have any

Bad service The service was horrible had to argue wit the lady at the desk to check in for bout half hour telling me I don’t have a reservation and wouldn’t call a manger worse experience ever
