Lacks the basics-linens! There were not sheets in my bed the first night. When I went to the desk to inquire, the lights were off and there was not an employee to be found. The next day, I explained I did not have sheets and the desk personnel handed me a sheet and told me to make the bed myself. My bathroom towels were also left on the floor in a pile and never replaced. I ended up having to use my new sheet as a towel as nothing else was dry. Dirty, Noisey, No-Sleep Hotel I will not stay at this hotel again! The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The window was open when I got to the room, so clearly they were aware of the smell and tried to get rid of it. There was hair left in both the bathtub and sink. I had to clean the bathtub before taking a shower, and after taking a shower, the tub was clogged and would not drain. There were numerous guests down the hall that were in and out all night. Going downhill - chain or hotel itself? I called the hotel earlier in the week to confirm. Asked if we would need anything extra if paying in cash (was informed no) and told her we would pay with cash. Got to the hotel and not only did they take my cash, but then they informed me they had already charged my card. Could not/would not refund cash but would refund the card in 5-7 business days. Terrible experience Unfortunately I had terrible experience in this hotel. Door lock in room was not working. Maintenance was unable to fix it. I was offered room , with 1 bed and I needed 2 , on the opposite side of hotel to keep my belongings when I was out. Since I was in and out of hotel multiple times during my 3 days stay, it was very enoying to move bags back and forth between rooms. Hotel manager was very unapologetic and since lock couldn't be fixed during my stay, she didn't have any other solution. No apologies we... read more

terrible hotel bed was super uncomfortable, washroom wasn't cleaned, hair and used Q-Tips in counter and in the shower

Won't be going back there again...ever. Needed someone to open the lobby door to let me past locked door...attendant acted like he was doing me a favor...and came to open door in his PJ's. Hotels.com charged me about $300. for our stay...knowing we had pets. The Hotel charged me another $100. when we got there.

Staff was nice but not great and the beds were not comfortable and the rooms were not very clean.
