Smokey! Rooms were not well kept. Although our room/floor was considered "non-smoking", the rooms/hallway smelled of smoke. Fumes were so bad that it woke myself/my family up in the middle of the night.

Decent room, nice staff, FIRE ALARMS NOT OK The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The smoke detector was dangling - Looks like somebody disabled it just so they could smoke there. Anyway the staff was very accommodating in getting us to a different room. Second room was just fine. But.... The fire alarm for the entire building went off mistakenly TWICE during our three night stay. The second time was at 7AM. False alarms, both. Ear-splitting. The third party vendor has fixed the fire panel so the fire alarm will not sound unless necessary. Bad smell Room smelled like some one had just finished cooking Curry Food strong smell

Lacks the basics-linens! There were not sheets in my bed the first night. When I went to the desk to inquire, the lights were off and there was not an employee to be found. The next day, I explained I did not have sheets and the desk personnel handed me a sheet and told me to make the bed myself. My bathroom towels were also left on the floor in a pile and never replaced. I ended up having to use my new sheet as a towel as nothing else was dry. Dirty, Noisey, No-Sleep Hotel I will not stay at this hotel again! The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The window was open when I got to the room, so clearly they were aware of the smell and tried to get rid of it. There was hair left in both the bathtub and sink. I had to clean the bathtub before taking a shower, and after taking a shower, the tub was clogged and would not drain. There were numerous guests down the hall that were in and out all night. Everything was great but my room smellled like cigarettes

Going downhill - chain or hotel itself? I called the hotel earlier in the week to confirm. Asked if we would need anything extra if paying in cash (was informed no) and told her we would pay with cash. Got to the hotel and not only did they take my cash, but then they informed me they had already charged my card. Could not/would not refund cash but would refund the card in 5-7 business days.
