It was absolutely disgusting. The bed had hair in it and the entire place was so dirty

This worst experience ever. The property was no clean and it smelled foul. We had no option but to stay as we could not find hotel to move to. We had 2 other softball families that left this hotel when checking in do to all of the above. One family found torn up couch in their room and a bullet hole in head board. Even employee said they totally understood why they wouldn’t want to stay there. I still can’t believe I paid money to stay there.

Room was nasty and had dust everywhere, all over lamps and on walls. There was food splattered all over the kitchenette area. A hair clip was on the lamp next to the bed. An orange gooey residue was all over the ceiling. Visible dirt on the floor and after walking in the room barefoot, my feet were stained brown. Sink didn’t drain in the bathroom. front of the entrance a few drunk people were standing. it was not safe at all. The room stinks a lot, and upstairs people are making noise walking, next door, people are banging on the wall.

Its was studio but no things available We stay in studio room. They show its kitchen available. When we went to hotel room. There is not pans, cups and coffee maker. They don’t have shampoo, lotion and conditioner. We are asking them everytime give us these things. Breakfast is really bad.
