The room and amenities were well worn. There was no napkins or paper towels in the room. Despite having a kitchenette, you had to ask for all kitchenware. This includes there were no glasses, a coffee maker, coffee cups, etc. etc. which are usually found in most hotel rooms even without a kitchenette.

Smelled like cigarettes

Room smelt horrible, customer service was horrible, sheets were stained, housekeeping came one hour before check out and was pounding on the door. Don’t stay here. The area is horrible, we had to check our car over and over to make sure it was still there.

The staff seemed friendly and the water pressure in the shower was good. The lobby, elevator, hallways, and our room were dirty. It was clear that all of the areas had not been vacuumed or cleaned. The bed had a bottom sheet, top sheet, and coverlet - there was no blanket. I don't know if it was clean. We turned on the air conditioning unit and it made the room smell.
