When we checked into our room, my husband noticed a used cotton swab on the bathroom floor. Later, we discovered items a previous guest had left in the shower. The hotel is near a busy highway and the room was loud; we heard highway noise and other guests all night. No carpeting in the room at all, which would have helped with soundproofing and made it feel less stark. The WiFi wasn’t working. We were supposed to spend 2 nights but checked out after the first night. Staff at the front desk were pleasant and professional.

Poor choice Arrived after midnight. Took over 5 minutes to fir a staff member to greet me. She said front desk was closed, i needed to call to have have someone show up(i never saw a sign stating this). She checked me into my dated dirty room. Had a unpleasant smell. Hallway smelt even worse. Shower had no hot water and was filthy. I left a few hours later as it was difficult to sleep with the smell.

Very old building and breakfast is just protein bars and muffins.

They oversold the accommodations, and I was not able to get the room I requested and paid for. Very frustrating since everything in the area was sold out. We basically had to have some of our party sleeping on cots throughout the room.

Unpleasant rude front desk person As soon as we came in the lady at the front desk came out of the room and said she had no room for us. I told her we had a reservation but she said there’s no room available. She was rude, unpleasant and lack customer service. We had to sleep in our car. We travelled 10 hours just to be turned away. Desk attendant was never there when needed. Very basic room with dripping faucet.

Dirty bathroon toilet piss stains on it and dirty microwave along with the last visitor la old Dynkin donuts coffee cup on side of bed smh. Smelled like cigs smoke. Just horrible wouldnt come back or tell anyone to stay. Id rather sleep in my car.

This place seems like a replacement for a lack of low income housing. Horrible smell, rooms are run down. It looks like a well lived in apt that doesn’t do a paint job with new tenant. There’s chipping paint, yellowing counters, cracked and dented furniture. BUT when area is all booked up for graduation season, at least you can get a hot shower and a comfy bed.
