Front desk lady is very rude. The place is dirty and stinky.

Tv isn’t working, trying to call the front desk and no answer. Very old hotel and not very cozy

Not impressed. First room assigned (313) had a terrible bed and smelled like pee. The next room (326) had a better bed but the kitchen floor was sticky and the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. Hotel is extremely outdated.

I didn't like the fact towels and soap are not in the bathroom. To my understanding, those are basics and should be ready in every room. While checking in, I do not remember the lady using the word PLEASE at any moment. That should be the base of any request when you asking a guest to check this, do that or give me that. The room smells funny, like sour mold. Not totally sold over here.

They didn't reserve a room for me. I wouldn't know. When I got there the girl behind the counter said that they were all booked up and that my reservation didn't matter. I then asked if she could help me find a different hotel and she said no since it wasn't her fault.
