dont waist money When I checked in they wouldnt let me pay cash due to not staying a week so I could only pay with card. So I paid two days and was told I would get housekeeping since I am not a weekly guest that was a joke no housekeeping. The pool is closed and their isnt free breakfast. I had no hot water and my room wasnt cleaned properly before check in and they wouldnt fix the issue. This hotel had piles of trash near stair way trash near a grill in parking lot. Roaches all over the bathroom and room. I complained 4 times about thr roaches. Nothing was done.

Our plane was late getting in and we had a lot of trouble using the call box to page the front desk to check in. After waiting about 45 minutes, security found the guy and we were able to check into our room. By this point it was 330am. The sheets and towels were clean but there were many miscellaneous stains on the furniture and carpet. There were 3 of us staying there, so 2 on the queen and one on the pullout couch. Absolutely disgusting My room was full of trash, had a horrible odor, when I pulled out the futon there was blood on the sheets. Dirty hair products from whomever stayed there previously. It seemed like no one ever cleaned the room because there was a receipt from Walmart dating back to December 07,2017. Also had a woman’s visitor tag from a school she visited, grape vines under the beds, pieces of candy bar wrappers as well. Convenient location in west Houston Refrigerator had not been cleaned. Mold in bathroom. Overall, maintenance of facility is a issue
