Never stay here First off the Rep when I checked in gave me attitude when I said I was paying with cash. The entire hotel ran out of toilet paper and the Rep gave us Kleenex. I had to take all my dirty towels to the counter to exchange for clean. I had a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke in fact the halls ways did also. Used the washroom in the middle of the night and as a roach in the bathroom. I will never stay their again poor service and staff.

Since our suites have their own personal entrance from the outdoors, an unwanted insect may find it's way in, even though we take all precautions to prevent this from happening with regularly scheduled pest control. Worse experience ever! The pictures of the hotel on the website don’t match what the room actually looks like, the room i was put it had a stove that was broken, the toilet in the bathroom was disgusting and had cigarette burn on it..the furniture in the room looked horrible! I was so disappointed that i booked that hotel for my stay and was so uncomfortable i even considered sleeping in my car for the night. Motel 6 would be better Goodness, where do I start. From the get go, our experience was not great. It took over 30 minutes to check in and there was no line and no one being waiting on in front of us. Once we got to our room, we were instantly hit with a strange smell. It was like there was old food or fruit that was left in the fridge and rotted. The room itself was ok, not great but I wasn't expecting much considering the price of the room. No TV Signal Bad Experience, I was there 3 nights without tv service!!!!

Trashy hotel This hotel is very dirty and smells terrible. Avoid staying here.

worst extended stay ever stinky, rude staff, broken doors, no hot water. First room smelled like hot hair grease and butt. I tried to be nice about it cause i was tired from a long drive and just asked for some disinfecting air freshener. The maintenance guy aid i was a spoiled little girl when i said i was tired. they gave me a second room when the mango spray didnt fix the issue. the second room was out of service and the front desk wasnt aware. A below average hotel We booked 2 rooms in the hotel and noted following: 1. Rooms will be cleaned only if you stay more than a week. Not sure if this is a common Extended Stay practice. 2. Its an old building with filthy carpets. We noticed a pungent smell as soon as we entered room. 3. Bath tubs are miserable. They need to be replaced with new ones.
