I stayed here two weeks ago for my birthday. First off the receptionist must’ve been on some drugs, customers were trying to wake her up for HOURS to the point they called the Ambulance out. When she woke up she was tripping out and all over the place. Keep in mind I was trying to get myself ready for my birthday outing, so I was late. Then we get to the room and it smelled HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Upon getting off the elevator to go to room 318, it smells strongly with a dog odor . Upon entering the room the odor became worse and made me nauseous. I returned to the front desk requesting another room. They had none. I called BOOKING who told me it was non refundable. I went back to the front desk and they found me another riom after 3pm. After spending so much staying there… I just read I had housekeeping if you stayed over 7 days. I stayed 30. I only had them clean my room 1 time because I checked out. Also I asked the male manager several times for sheets but yet my past 3 nights I had to use my own from my luggage.

Hallways smelled putrid… hair was on towels.. and the front desk SAID MY ROOM NUMBER OUTLOUD instead of just pointing to the written number. That is a safety issue. Good location and parking. If u need a place to stay for a night and that’s it then it works.

The images showed are not the same as when you are there. The whole room smelled like cigarettes, and the hallways and entrance door smelled like marijuana. The furniture was antique and old. Indeed never again will I stay in this place.
