Cigarette smoke looming in the hallways and bleaching into our room. Refrigerator made so much noise. It kept us up at night. Stood at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting on a host to check me in. Will never stay here again.

I will never stay at this property again upon arrival in the lobby check a man came down with a enormous dog that tried to come at me not aggressively I nstantly told the staff I don’t like dogs or cats I am allergic got in my room went str8 in the shower expecting the room I see all kinds of dog hair and you can see it dirt on the floor the room smell like I told the staff Also contacted Expedia they assured me when I can back they would switch my room got back they told they could not switch my room cause the were all out ... read more

AC unit in our room was not working. It was extremely hot! All rooms were booked for the night, so we couldn’t get transferred to a different room. No fans were kept on hand & the windows wouldn’t open either.

Just a place to sleep. A little shabby. While the people that worked at the hotel were very nice and helpful, and it seemed clean, everything looked kind of shabby. The rugs in the hallway were torn, and there were odd stains on the bathroom floor and toilet seat and arm chair. The room was not carpeted and the floor felt kind of gross. The room was well equipped, but depressing colors and lighting. It is right off the highway so some rooms must be loud so ask for rooms in the back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Room is filthy. We felt very unsafe staying here. Lots of noise too. Elevator is scary. Never again. Front desk staff was nice though

The floors were filthy dirty mildew in the bathroom exhaust fan for the bathroom runs but doesn’t work. Next night stand and bed sticky stuff on the floor Place smells of marijuana in the hallway loud noises, Next Door both nights.

What a bizarre stay but you get what you pay for. My experience was nothing short of shocking.
