Right off the expressway. Carpet smelled of bleach with bleach stains. Room a little outdated. Elevator was slow made a lid noise. The price was the reason we chose the hotel and the price for a pet.

My family and I reserved our stay at 2330 Southwest FWY. Houston TX on July 30th thru August 4th 2025. We voiced our concerns with hopes of at least receive corrections since the bed and bathroom was clean. These appalling things should be addressed: *housekeeping services (not the client having to take out trash and used bath towels) the kitchenette area had a table leg broken, cabinet door off the hinge, cabinet floor looks like termite eaten, a 10 Oz saucepan and a spatula isn't acceptable.

No coffee maker, No utensils. My wife got shocked 2 times from electrical outlet. Sink was leaking in kitchen area. Refrigerator was noisy. No one at front desk spoke English

Very bad. No daily room service. Weird smell throughout the hotel. No utensils in the room unless you ask for them. This is a very bad extended stay. But the staff is helpful.

This hotel is a not advertised correctly as far as ‘free breakfast’ goes which was one of the reasons we decided to stay here. The only options provided were muffins or cereal bars and coffee. The staff was not friendly at all and told me that my reservation was incorrect and I had only booked one room. After finally sorting it out we get to bring our things inside and we were told they didn’t have a luggage cart available so we bring out bags to the 3rd floor and noticed one at the end of the hallway out entire stay. You get what you pay for. I’ve been at this location many times and overall it’s a good hotel. There was a big roach in the bathroom which I know can happen regardless of how clean it is but, I found a used deodorant on the nightstand and a stain (as if someone spilled their drink) on the side of the bed like if it wasn’t cleaned at all.
