I booked here because they have a hot tub. I even called to make sure it’s hot and was told it was. I arrived and my room was less than impressive. Brocken Tv mount, sticky remote I didn’t want to touch. Bathroom light was a strobe light - very poor attendance to the little things. I would recommend paying a little more for the Hyatt or any other place.

The smell in the lobby was awful. The place was dirty. The photos do not accurately depict this property.

Couple trip ruined The view of the most parking lot was NOT pleasant, the room was very HOT, the bathroom looks & feels like it was from the 70’s, I would NOT rent again

Dump! Room was supposed to be “non-smoking” but reeked of old stale cigarette smoke. Stains on tables and carpet….need shoes to walk around the room. You get what you pay for….my fault….should have known better.

No key card. No complimentary water/ice. Had to ask for a remote to TV

Someone stole their key card machine so we weren’t able to get a key made for our room staff had to walk up to our room to let us in each time which wasn’t really safe and didn’t make us fee comfortable that they had access to our room and our possession but we didn’t and we weren’t told about this issue until after we had already paid

My recent stay at the hotel was incredibly disappointing. We were placed at the end of the third-floor hallway, where there was a trail of trash, making the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. When I opened the blinds, they fell down, and despite calling maintenance, they never returned, leaving our door propped open for hours.
