I called ahead because I was going to be arriving after midnight. The person I spoke to ensured me there were no special procedures for checking in or accessing the lobby. However, when I arrived exhausted from the drive, I was met by a locked door and phone to call and request service. The phone rang and rang. Smoking room and trash under the bed, dirty/nasty! This had to be a smoking room labeled none smoking, it was bad…and under the bed was a half eaten apple and other trash that we threw out, that was there for quite some time. The next day I asked for room service because our trash was full and we wanted fresh towels, the lady at the front desk said by the time we came back, we would have a clean room and fresh towels. 5 night, 6 day stay and truthfully, this isn't a hotel I would come back to and stay longer for 2 nights - ESPECIALLY with kids. The "Breakfast Included" is hot coffee, instant oatmeal, small prepackaged muffins and a basket of nutrigrain bars. Granted this is a budget hotel, some fresh fruit options like apples and oranges would have been nice. Personel was friendly. You have to request house keeping and utensils. Disgusting place Lady at the front desk I’m was very rude..Hotel has no lobby or public restrooms..Toilet stopped working no maintenance or manager working until Monday..I was told to come get a plunger from the front desk and work on the toilet myself.no ice machines
