No me gusta que el personal fume dentro de la instalación. Quedan los pasillos oliendo a cigarros. Las habitaciones son muy sencillas. Lo que sí me gustó fue la facilidad del estacionamiento.

The staff were all friendly! There was a dog across the hall from us that barked all the time. The room next to us kept either playing loud music or had their TV on loud in the middle of the night. The hallway was not vacuumed the whole time we were there. There was still food in the refrigerator from the people that stayed before us. The TV kept going out and the channel selection was horrible.

Getting off the elevator onto the 2nd floor reeked of mildew! The entire hallway stunk!! The room was outdated. The refrigerator was not clean, it had left over droppings of someone else’s food! And a roach came out of the patched up hole in the bath tub! I reported to the front desk & she just looked at me!! I was staying there to be close for treatment at Md Anderson!

Yuk Whole entire hotel smells like weed. The room looked/smelled like there was flood in there. All the cabinets, floors, furniture looked/smelled like there had been water damage. Sheets were all stained up. I’ve stayed at this hotel before & didn’t have any issues. Definitely won’t stay again!

None of the air conditioning units worked we tried 3 rooms and the manager knew it. I asked for a refund, he lied and said he would do so, only to change his mind after my trip was over. Not worth it
