5 night, 6 day stay and truthfully, this isn't a hotel I would come back to and stay longer for 2 nights - ESPECIALLY with kids. The "Breakfast Included" is hot coffee, instant oatmeal, small prepackaged muffins and a basket of nutrigrain bars. Granted this is a budget hotel, some fresh fruit options like apples and oranges would have been nice. Personel was friendly. You have to request house keeping and utensils. Disgusting place Lady at the front desk I’m was very rude..Hotel has no lobby or public restrooms..Toilet stopped working no maintenance or manager working until Monday..I was told to come get a plunger from the front desk and work on the toilet myself.no ice machines

Came to the door at 11:04pm and the lady said to tell me call hotels.com and get a refund. They didn’t care that we came in late and delayed flights because of a storm in Dallas. She had 20-30 people who have been flying in from random places since 4am.

Need cleanliness It was not so good, the carpet was dirty, no one turned to vacuum the carpet in 3 days, , I didn't like to take my towels at front desk to change with a new one, the airconditioner was dirty from outside, dust on it, do not know about inside, small bug was outside the A/C, due to which we was having itching and couldn't sleep comfortable. Overall hotel need renovation in those areas.

Latch your doors. I checked in on a Thursday night. I went to the front and learned that you can have them provide housewares such as pots, plates, and silverware. Because it is an extended stay and they have a refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave, they expect you to cook for yourself.
