HOTELS.COM says they serve breakfast & they dont. Hallways smelled like pee. Walls are paper tin you can hear the stomps people were doing up stairs. They dont have a ice matchine

We checked in and 5 minutes after getting into our room we heard screaming and yelling next door. At first, we dismissed it thinking maybe kids were playing. An hour later, the yelling and screaming was in the hallway. Ended up having to call the lobby and they moved us to a different room. Then the cops showed up to find out what was causing the fight in the room and hallway.

Don’t say online breakfast included and after you check in at the front desk it is posted that due to the city the hotel can’t provide breakfast. This is misleading.

It was not what I expected very different then the website makes it look . blanket was dirty hotel very rundown I picked it cause it said breakfast included until I got there and they had signs that said no longer serving breakfast due to city shutting it down very disappointed would nit rent was t agian

Where's the Coffee, Kitchen Utensils & More? Not as advertised. For an Extended Stay no kitchen utensils, pots, plates, coffee cups or maker. Grab & Go breakfast suspended since December 11,2023. Told that City of Houston did not renew their food service permit. REALLY! 5 weeks and still no permit. Not even coffee available in lobby. Run down and smelled!! We stayed due to event town. Due to everywhere being well overpriced I chose this hotel. It was clearly run down, no breakfast as advertised on the amenities. It smelled horrible. Staff was friendly and that is about the only positive thing. Would not stay here again unless forced to from being priced out of the other nearby hotels again.
