Scammed I booked via hotels.com but when I arrived, the manager said they were sold out. Even though I already paid. I have yet to receive a refund because when hotels.com tried to call to verify the situation no one picked up. There were multiple people in the lobby having the same issues.

Property was filthy, bad odor in hallways and room, bugs in room, dead bugs on wall and ceiling. Staff was never at front desk. The outside of the building was kind of clean but the inside was horrible. Sink did not work and refrigerator had stains.

No Return Housekeeping stole two blankets from us that we had brought with us. They were obviously not like the hotels blankets. The TV or the Remote for TV was not working properly. Elevator was sketchy sounding so we had to walk the 3 flights of stairs and the elevator definitely smelled of weed.

The room smelled awful, there was large trash bags in the hall

My room had roaches band there was a leak in the bathroom
