I was laying down and seen some roaches. The staff wouldn't let us check in until 2:30pm and was very rude about it. " I don't know why the apps keep telling people they can check in at 11am, check in aint till 2. So you need to come back then. And it's first come first serve. Even if you paid for your room already" horrible customer service. It said something about complementary breakfast and there was none to be found all weekend.

Very disappointing stay The pictures lie. Once I got the room, everything in there looked outdated. Different type of light bulbs so not every light was the same shade. Not once did they come in and do the bed out of our three night stay. Shower floor looked like it had stains/not cleaned. Very disappointed compared to what was advertised. Also for it to be an extended stay you would expect them to have silverware, but no. I went to the front and said they did not have any.

This is not a real hotel. No room amenities,no coffee, only 1 bar soap a tiny shampoo. Laundry all smelled like there was no soap used during wash. It was advertised that this included breakfast. There was no breakfast. Coffee in lobby only. I believe the hotel was advertised as a real hotel , not a stop over for those without a home . The hallway smelled like cooking fish , cigarettes and marijuana .

There was a fire small fire on the second floor when I wasn't there apparently the smoke alarms didn't trigger and the hotel staff just seemed to be very put out / reluctant to do anything the rooms were okay felt kind of run down same with the beds the only good thing was how spacious the room was in my honest opinion I would never stay again

Smelled bad just walking in and the room Smelled like cats. Also i booked two rooms and was charged for two rooms but was only given one room so i checked out and drove the few hours home instead. And there where people bumming around outside. Do not recommend staying there
