Breakfast is incorrect or rather not what I assumed. It consisted of coffee, bagged oatmeal and small muffins.

I've seen a lot of reviews about cleanliness for this hotel but tried it anyway...I did not see any issues with cleanliness. You can't really call the "Breakfast" a breakfast...muffins, granola bar and coffee, NO flavored creamer so that was out for me. I have to have either flavored coffee or flavored creamer!! HaHa! For the price and GREAT LOCATION for MDA, this is an acceptable hotel. I don't need 5 stars, I just need clean.

Nice place
Parking was fine. Room temperature was easily controlled. The room we checked in for had a problem, but the front desk took care of giving us another room very easily and quickly. No complaints from us.
Parking was easy and free. Walked to MD Anderson from room. It was great

Everything was real nice in the room. The clean kitchen items picked up from the desk helped us feel that everything was safe to use. The room thermostat was tricky and took some figuring out. All in all, really good value and a nice place to stay in the medical district.
