Tiles falling off of bathroom wall Beds were very worn out Free breakfast doesn't exist. There is coffee, there were 2 pots of instant oatmeal but no bowls and a little basket with some mini muffins!

AC/heating unit blew only cold air on heat. Second unit in 'suite' was functional. Staff was friendly and competent. The outside card reader for the door to the outside on our hall was nonfunctional causing me to have to traverse to the front door..

Staff went above and beyond with their attention to details. Rooms were extremely comfortable. The property is located in a very nice area.
the staff were nice. The property was not kept well. Light bulbs were not replaced and bugs were present a few places. but, the location is good.
