Most everything was good.There were a couple of things that need to be fixed. The doors to the parking lot didn’t allow us to come back in, the card reader didn’t work. The telephone in the room didn’t work and the luggage cart had 2 torn up tires. But, otherwise it was nice and cozy although the bed was firmer than we prefer.

Clean, staff friendly, solves problems quickly, very close to the hospital which is reason we are here. Only thing is the coffee and breakfast go super fast not sure why. This is why I didn’t give it a for or five.

The room was clean. I was surprised and pleased that they changed out my towels every other day and collected the trash. Since the policy implied that this service wasn't regular. The hotel is on the old side but is well kept.

Not in great condition. Elevator Was broken until the day before we left and was told on arrival has been broken a year. Tub Leaked at the bottom onto the floor. Staff was friendly and nice. Some outlets did not work. Light flickered in the bathroom. Room 341

During our stay, the elevator was out of order so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. Also upon arrival the room had a very bad odor, similar to stinky feet. The bathroom and towels were very clean.

Great location. Easy walk to TMC and TMC transit station. Easy drive to Hobby airport. Will plan to stay again.

The room r very nice. But the heater is not working. I was cold and got sick. I’m stage 4 lung cancer. I won’t be back. Sorry.
