Staff is very friendly
Convenient to hospitals, easy parking, spacious rooms. Only issue was ice machine was out Of order.

Poor elevator service The elevator failed to function for several days during the visit. Climbing the three flights of stairs was not fun. The breakfast offerings were poor.
