Key cards barely worked, breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal in a cup but no spoons, or a granola bar and coffee, nothing in a way of cookware to use on the very outdated 2 burners, toilet had to adjust plunger every time it was used. Staff was friendly just needs some updates like new curtains an a/c that doesn’t shut off

No fue el viaje que esperábamos... Ibamos en plan familiar, nos arruinaron los planes de tardeada con la alberca cerrada. El colchón del sofá estaba pésimo, super sucio y con muchos hoyos. Nos dejaron un shampoo usado (vacío), el área está bien, pero por los hospitales, seguido se escuchan sirenas y a veces helicópteros. No funcionaba la maquina de hielo y por lo que dijeron, solo tienen 1 para todo el hotel. Por el resto, habitación limpia.

We liked the convenience to the hospital. The property, although very clean, needs some attention to the individual rooms. 1)The stove in our room could not be turned off and my husband who is an electrician, had to turn the breaker to the stove off making it rather difficult. 2) the drain in the bathroom area was missing and had to be stuffed with a wash cloth so as not to lose anything down the drain and maybe stopping it up, not to mention the guest losing their item. 3) the back door entry could not be used without getti... read more
