Better than originally expected. The location was ideal for my MD Anderson visits. Didn’t feel safe enough to walk to my appointment though, so I ended up driving. The room was clean though needed some work done in the kitchen. The dishwasher looked unsafe. I saw one bug and took care of it. The fridge/freezer was a lifesaver! Even with how busy they seemed and the electronic issues with keys and outer door access, it was a quiet stay at night. Property is close to the metro, that's a plus. Their "breakfast" consisted of coffee, muffins, oatmeal and nutrigrain bars. My door (214) looked like it had been kicked in at some point. The door was difficult to shut and I didn't feel safe. I was only there a few hours between flights so not a big deal for me but someone staying longer may have issues. Beds are comfy, clean as they can get it I suppose, it is very outdated. Tiles in tub were pushed in, cracks in ceiling and walls... Needs work for sure

Hotel room needs renovation in general. Very old blankets, even though they were clean.
