All staff members are warm and are customer services is priority. They all were accommodating and made our stay conformable.
Roaches in room, issues with control on AC, hair in shower before we arrived. The front desk was very helpful, kind and pleasant.

Whats all the buzz about When i arrived, i noticed there were about 20 bees buzzing around the front door. I alerted the front desk. She went outside with a bittlw of windex and sprayed at them, which of course infuriated them. Now, hundreds of angry bees swarmed all over the entrance. Later, i left the building for dinner, when i came back, my keys had been deactivated because it was "in a wallet next to a credit card" so no side entrance, and had to rush past the bees.
