Coldest night in Houston amd both heaters in the room would just blow cold air. We were told just to unplug them and plug them back in.

One of the main reasons I booked this room here is for the breakfast that was mentioned was included but when I arrived there was a sign that said the breakfast was no available. That should have been mentioned prior to confirming my reservations. The room itself was ok. Bed seemed clean but the tub was not as cleaned as it should be.

It should be corrected in the amenities that there is no coffee, no yes, no free breakfast! We booked partially depending on this. The hotel is run down and needs refurbishment… the pull out couch mattress was really nasty looking. We were going to use it we didn’t. The needs were actually pretty comfortable. No extra blankets. The hair dryer was really old and it could use new iron and ironing board. The dishwasher when opened was nasty. Thankfully we didn’t need the kitchen.
