Quiet, staff was friendly, room was great for the price. Would stay here again when I'm back in town.

Overall it was a great stay except the property had some stains in the carpet and door seemed to be forced in but was working properly

Close to medical center
affordable, convenient. This is a very affordable hotel close to the large Texas Medical University /MD Anderson Campus. It is older, but had complete kitchenette. The front desk staff was very responsive and helpful for all my requests.
