We didn’t get the room we had paid for in advance . That was the big set back for us . We’re a family of 3 6’yr olds and a 14 yr old so we had to split up and sleep in two different rooms like two different families 😒. All I got was you got your two beds didn’t you sir ... 👎 not the point lady . No coffee maker available in room . Bad experience. Not going back to this hotel again ... they don’t care about the principle .

Room was in terrible shape. Kitchen drawers missing. The bottom to the dishwasher was also missing. Most of the staff had a bad attitude. For the price, you expect a lot more.

No daily cleaning service, no ice machine, no breakfast

We are happy to offer this service to you at a minimal fee. Also, we have a full-size refrigerator with ice trays for guests’ convenience in every room, and therefore, we do not have ice machines. Very bad experience at Extended Stat America hotel. NO breakfast facility. It's Very BAD. Will never stay in this Hotel and will never recommend to anyone.

Room was not clean with hair in the sheets, on the pillow, and in the shower. Carpet needed a more thorough vacuuming or with a stronger suction. Remote was filthy and worst part was the dangerous blinds that gave us splinters. I would not recommend this place.

Extended Stay We experienced continual issues with hotel saying we hadn't paid and that Hothels.com hadn't paid them when in fact they had been paid and it was simply sloppiness of the front desk and lack of communication.

Do not ever stay here.. Do not ever stay here.. it was taped on the toilet, dirt and crumbs everywhere and zip ties holding the shower together..

Last resort Very run down, and price of the hotel was definitely not worth it. However, it was extremely close the NRG Stadium, so you are paying for convenience
