Horrible nightmare hotel! I got my vehicle broken into wasn’t even able to stay in my room because of it and they hotel wouldn’t even give a refund. Horrible city and customer service!! Will never go back or stay at an extended stay ever again

Needs a lot of help! We were attending a game at NRG so wanted a hotel within walking distance. Even though we live only 20 miles away we were going to stay the night so we can enjoy ourselves at the game. Let me tell you this hotel needs a lot of help! It was so dirty and dated (walls were duct taped together) and the smell was so musty. We checked in at 3pm, went to the game and came back for an hour to wait for traffic to clear and checked out by 10:30pm. This is a older property, but the cleanliness of the area is lacking. Starting form the elevator to the uneven floors in the room and the leaky shower. They also advertise grab and go breakfast, but this only includes coffee and hot water for hot chocolate. There are not oatmeal pack, pastries or fruit.

Disappointing The place is pretty run down. One plastic glass in the room. Had to ask for them at the desk.
