Nothing the worst hotel I’ve ever came across! Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

호텔 안 모든 것들이 오래됐고 특히 쇼파베드를 신청했는데 그건 스프링이 그대로 느껴질 정도로 엉망이였습니다. 방음 장치도 잘 안되어서 힘들었습니다. 가족 끼리 가기엔 별로인듯.

The staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was a joke. They did not clean the room.

We called before arriving because we were going to be very late to check-in. We arrived at 1:30 am and the front desk lady didn’t know how to check us in. She took 35 mins to give us a room key. I had my children with me exhausted from a 5 hr trip and this lady didnt even care that one of my kids was crying to use the bathroom. Just horrible.

The room was filthy. Looked lije they hadnt cleaned the floors in a month. There was no.bedding for the sofa sleeper in our room. And could only get a sheet and pillow from the staff. We stayed here 1 year ago and everything was fine. In a years time there was alot of things that were didferent. The staff looked miserable, the hotel l9oked run down and all the floors were filthy. There was No breakfast provided other than plain oatmeal andleft over coffee from the night before. I will jever stay here again. It was horrible.

Broken appliances, trash all around the building. Horrible smell throughout building.

The staff were terrible. We have NEVER been treated like that by anyone at all! I was shocked that they could do that. My friend didn’t get her room until 2:00 am and had to make up her own bed. She will be calling and requiring refund. I will NEVER recommend this hotel or anyone owned by them.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Asked for a different room was told they were all booked up and to find a house keeper and ask for some spray to mask the smell. Room didn't feel clean, no trash cans anywhere to be found. House keeping didn't come to refresh the room during my stay. Building its self was not very secure. Anyone and everyone could come in and out the back door that would not lock. Got charged for parking multiple vehicles. Front desk lady not very friendly. I will not stay again. What a waste of over 300$
