Had better experiences at other extended stay. This one smelled funny, doesn’t provide dishes unless you pay extra, doesn’t have daily housekeeping, must take old towels to front to get new ones, staff watch you on camera then come to front desk to help opposed to being at front desk, they advertise free breakfast but it’s really “grab and go” like coffee and muffins. Clean, comfortable and convenient to NRG Stayed here for easy access to a conference at NRG. It was a very convenient walk, and I saved by not having to pay for parking each day at NRG. Great options for local restaurants in the evening, and it was convenient being able to cook when I wanted to in the in-room kitchen. Although, the hotel needs updating, it was convenient, comfortable, and more importantly clean.

One tiny thing: I suffer with allergies, and sometimes, I need to soak my feet in ice water. There was no ice in our freezer. (There were ice trays to make ice, but I had just arrived and had not yet filled the trays.) There were no ice machines in the hallways. I asked at the front desk about ice, telling the manager that it was an allergy-related request, not just to cool my drink. The front desk had not ice, or at least none that they were willing to give me. Other than this, our stay was excellent.

Quick walk to NRG Stadium. It's a good hotel for the price. Location is excellent. We walked to NRG stadium.

Clean but out of date Staff was nice, price was good but facility needs updates and room needing new carpet and a good dusting. Appears cleaning crew do omly the basics.

Awesome hotel The hotel staff was very nice. Rooms was as promised. Everything was great, close to nrg park and shopping center. I definately would recommend to my friends.
