Great location & great staff! Was this the fanciest hotel I ever stayed in? No, but my room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The morning after my first night I reported that the tub faucet was dripping and it was repaired that same day before I returned to my room in the afternoon. My plans changed and I had to cancel my last nights stay and my money was refunded immediately with no hassle. Great customer service!

Close to Medical District This hotel is basic, but very clean and because the rooms are "extended stay" they have kitchen facilities and a separate sitting area. Shuttle to the hospitals if needed and close to grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants for all your needs. While they do not change linen or clean the rooms everyday, one does not do this at home either! Great value.

It was a great place. Not very big but nice. Nice amenities. But no ice machine. Very nice staff and accommodating.
