It was a great place. Not very big but nice. Nice amenities. But no ice machine. Very nice staff and accommodating.

Excellent but basic Great location and great value. Staff was very helpful, kitchen well-equipped and room comfortable but definitely no frills. Amenities were basic, as were morning coffee and “snacks”. No ice machine but if you’re there long enough there are ice trays in the full-size fridge.

Good hotel but not a single plastic cup in room to get a drink of water.

Fantastic! My stay was fantastic! The front desk was very friendly, and I have to draw attention to Ahmed, who allowed me to stay in my room an hour after checkout because of a sudden call for phone interview for a prospective job. He simply arranged for the maid to service my room after my phone interview was completed. Even if Ahmed didn't accommodate me, I had already decided I was going to stay at this hotel the next time I came to Houston. Great place to stay We were upgraded to a much larger room by the very friendly manger, walk-in distance to the stadium.

Hotel has an awesome location. A short walk to NRG stadium and awesome food in walking distance. Front desk clerk was super friendly. The only complaint was the pillows are super flat like nonexistent and there was no coffee pot in the room. Other than that we would stay there again with no hesitation.
