Room was clean and cozy.. 2nd shift staff was very friendly. Only issue was the computer was acting up.

Bad Customer Service Everything was perfect until checkout. The guy at the front desk was very rude and inconsiderate. I had spoke with him about me trying to solve a issue with my bank and that I wasn't sure if I was staying over or not. He told me it was okay, but called me a hour later and told me to get out. He was very rude about it. I was very upset because I had to go book another hotel instead of just paying for the room I was already in.

Hotel Room We stayed overnight to attend the texans game. The room was overall good, we had no problems. It was comfortable and was a great nights stay.

The hotel is very convince to hospital and shopping center. I feel safe there being staying there for years. They can do so up grading but overall it's stable.

Not horrible It was ok. I would NOT bring my kids to this area. Good for a drunk night at the texans game.
