Pissed Customer This was the worst hotel stat ever. It took thirty minutes for front decsk to do the check in. She had an attitude. Get to the room, ok it was nice but nothing was in the room as indicated online. Called the front desk and she told me it would one hundred dollar deposit and NOWHERE is that indicated so we ate out both nights. We left out for awhile Saturday so the room could get cleaned only to come back to the way it was left. No new towels or clean sheets. I was given a dirty and nasty room that did not have enough room for my family, the room I reserved had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Completely paid for my room and they gave it away! Check in is after 3pm and before midnight. They told us we should have been there by 6pm to check in. Horrible front desk and horrible service!!

Having been there for 4 nights, while attending my 12 year old daughter’s Gymnastics Competition, I had a chance to see other Rooms. In comparison, our room was by far not as nice & clean. We were also charged full rate of of $114 on Valentines Day. NO LOVE THERE!!! Definitely Not worth it. Sorry about that.

The rooms smelled like mildew and the bath tub was dirty with dirt I don’t know and the sheets had a stench
