The room was smelling like hell. And the floor was not cleaned

Got to the hotel at midnight to find out that they did not have a room available when i reserved it a week in advanced. Had to drive around to find a new hotel. The Wydham down the street was very accommodating

The pictures of this property are false. The interior doesn't look at all like what is listed. The place smelled and does NOT offer any complimentary breakfast (or even paid breakfast). No coffee makers in any of the rooms. You have to walk to one of the nearby restaurants. The location is good if you're looking for somewhere near NRG, but everything else was awful. Would not recommend.

Dirty, run down, smells bad and the front desk is apathetic at best. Good proximity to MDAnderson. Stay at the Holiday Inn Exoress across the parking lot.

Toilet did not flush & I didn’t want maintenance in my room @ night. So I flushed it with wastebasket filled with water. I reported it on the way out. So, hope it is fixed 4 next occupants. Room 228. I only stayed 1 night & hotel was convenient to church near med center

in general, when I book via Hotels.com, I am pleased with the hotels. in this case, it wasn't great. I don't believe offering coffee qualifies as breakfast included. I recommend hotels.com to stop advertising breakfast is included at this hotel. the room smelled funny, the hallway smelled like smoke. there was nobody manning the front desk when my card stopped working and I could not get into my room. I guess the good thing is I learned not to book this chain in the future.

The room smelled terribly like moth balls. Everything we took now smells and after 3 washings we still can not get the smell out.

Terrible stay....sheets were dirty, no trash can in bedroom or bathroom, pillows so old that I had to roll up a towel to support my neck. Additionally, even though this hotel is considered “ extended stay” there was no coffee pot, no dishes..not even hot water paper cups to use for the tea I brought in myself. Stopper in tub didn’t work...never again! Location was the ONLY positive.
