When I first walk into the lobby the receptionist was very rude. The room was nothing like we expected, there was blood on the sheets, and the towels were dirty. I found extra sheets in the closet.

While the staff was five star - incredibly friendly and helpful - the hotel property itself needs work. Dingy, hallways and room smelled pretty strongly, musty/moldy smell. Location to the event center is great though. Easy walk.

when we are there they overbooked room. they don't have my room. then they send us to other location. its very old & dirty. we don;t like it.

First: Ignore ALL pictures posted for this hotel... 1) Breakfast Bar consists of Instant Oatmeal ONLY (no muffins or other items, as pictured); AND, no bowl or spoon to eat said oatmeal -- only paper cups and coffee swizzle sticks to stir it with (and you then 'drink' it, I guess)... Property was clean, and dinning and shopping was close. But we called 3 times 1- see was to conform our stay 2-we was running late and having trouble with car rental to leave 3 - was to let extended stay know we was in the road and our check in would be early hours of morning We had a 8 hour drive from Oklahoma and with unexpected delays it would be early hours of morning before we would arrive. Close and convenient to NRG Stadium. Staff were fun, friendly and helpful! I was bit several times at night by bugs in the room. This is the reason for my lower rating.
