i fail in the parking lot, when i reported it to the front desk they where not concerned

Wasnt a great stay checked in went to room and had roaches all in bathroom.told front desk and nothing was done. Definitely not staying there again.

They did not have a room available…. And the guest were outside smoking and drinking loudly

I booked a room for my mom after Hurricane Beryl in Houston. They refused to let her check-in due to not having confirmation of what I paid, power was going in and out, and then they had the audacity to charge me a no-show fee! She was in their lobby trying to check-in and they refused! Because I booked this as a pay the hotel directly, Expedia was unable to cancel this for me, but they tried multiple times to contact the hotel regarding my issue.
