No room. I paid $70 for an Uber to get here after booking on Expedia and they had no room for me. This is terrible.

Extremely poor and disappointing stay Lots of animals, seems to be multiple per persons we saw out walking their dogs with no litter bags. Outside door close to our room did not work properly, had to walk around the building several times to get in. Toilet in room was over flowing, eventually had to switch rooms and we had a baby and a disabled 92 year old traveling with us

Property was right next to NASA space center, which was quite convenient and access to near by shops/starbucks was very helpful.

The room was filthy. There was dirt, food, mucous smeared on the walls. The sheets had odd stains on them. The entire floor was sticky.

Deposit My stay was okay. We ordered room service for more towels and sheets and they came quiet quickly. Sadly, we heard people fighting both nights... But my biggest complaint would be that I still haven't gotten my deposit back. They originally told me at checkout that it would be 4-5 days to get it back. Six days past so I called and now they are telling me it'll be an aditional 5-7 days to get my refund.
