Unfortunately, there were a couple of roaches in the kitchen area. Clientele were an interesting bunch. I felt like I was at an assisted living facility.

I had booked 2 rooms for which I had a confirmation, on arrival they told me they only had 1 room booked, I showed them my confirmation and they said they had nothing to do with a third party booking. I had no choice but to pay for an extra room which was not up to standard at all. Very disappointing.

Terrible. Staff rude/turned off internet before check out/property drab and unappealing/advertised breakfast was a muffin. Awful.

Staff was rude. Property was dirty. They turned the internet off hours before check out. They (and Expedia) advertised breakfast which were packaged muffins and granola bars. Very disappointed

booked a room with 2 double beds on Expedia—when we arrived we were informed they did not have the room we requested—They offered to send us to another location —then they offered a deluxe double bed room — not free. ($ 24 ) extra ; I’m not sure who to blame for this fiasco —Expedia or Extended Stay America

Service was very bad. No coffe in morning no breakfast once finish no refilling etc.
