Has issue with water running was told no maintenance on weekend so shower water ran for 2 days solid

I like that it has a kitchen. On Expedia says breakfast included and no breakfast was offered. Coffee is not breakfast

The property did not give a room on the day of arrival. The booking was made month ago and also confirmed a week ago over the phone.

Unprofessional and uncaring staff This hotel was booked on hotels.com with a reservation confirmed. Upon arrival to the hotel we were told they did not have our room. I explained that I had a confirmed reservation and she told us they were busy and full and not going to honor our reservation. I received no notification that we would not have a room...so basically we were stranded without a hotel room at 6pm in the evening. We were with another group and they did the same to them.Very unprofessional and uncaring.

Meh The hotel was meh. The customer service was meh. The bed was uncomfortable. Several of the lights did not work. They did not have the amenities that they said they would have… not even a hair drier. I also overheard that they overbooked and many of my colleagues had to find other places to stay.

nothing else matters if you are told we don't have any rooms when you have a reservation. would you want a loved one stranded without a place to stay or transportation someplace else during the night. Totally UNSAFE and unacceptable.

There was no amenities like breakfast or snacks. Did not sleep well guests in other rooms were extremely loud. Refrigerator made loud noises. Pillows were not comfortable
