Waffle House close by Ck in staff was friendly and found a handicap room within a few minutes of arrival. Notified front desk of cockroach's on room ceiling nothing was done. No ice machine, kitchens in room have no utensils. Across from NASA is only perk. Coffee & muffins served so we went to Waffle House.

The front desk gave me a wrong room so when i went inside he was occupied and a huge dog i almost get bite and it was so scary i went back down shaking

Got to the hotel and they didn’t show I had a room booked.

First room tv did not work, went downstairs to front desk and changed rooms, keys did not work for that room, went downstairs to front desk for more keys. Breakfast is 6:30-9:30am, by 8:15 they had nothing left and no truck until 11am or so she said. Hotel needs updating.
