Vacation nightmare Hotel is next to the railroad so I was waken by the train in the middle of the night. The air and heat unit was not working so the room is stuffy. I did not have a good rest in this hotel at all.

The room wasn't cleaned ,garbage from prior occupant was in the room. The sheets weren't changed you can see stains and hairs all over. The Heater wasn't working. NO breakfast was served except coffee....The lady at the front desk was pleasant...first time in Houston and staying at the hotel. The hotel is terrible. Paid for deluxe room with 2 sofa bed ...Was given room 135 ,with just one queen bed no sofa bed then rooms 139,140, had to call customers relations. Before i was given room 202 for 4people......Just terrible

Worse ever Bed sheet and bath towels won’t be changed daily . Room was smelly. We saw three Croak roaches crawling in the bathroom. One elevator was inoperable for the last three days . Door knob fell off inside the room. Front desk staffs were friendly and multi tasking from washing towels and folding towels.

I checked in and checked out within 15 mins. People had fans in the windows due to the AC not working properly. The room I was in had a bad smell. There were no remote to the TV. It was like stating in a place where people go for an hour of pleasure and home. IT was horrible. I checked out and found somewhere else to stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone,

HORRIBLE AND NASTY This place is horrible. The room was out of date with damage property inside. It was a kitchenette but with no pots, dishes and the stove didn't work at all. I guess you can say you get what you pay for.

I was appalled by the entire place. We walked in and were created with someone saying “yes?” Then we went to our room and right outside our room was a trash can (half way full) of dripping water from the ceiling. Our room was not clean and felt dirty. An awful hotel!
