There were bugs all over our 2 rooms, no breakfast, and the hotel has still not refunded the 2 nights of our trip. We had to leave early!

Carpets in hallway smelled bad. Debris and other garbage on the floor. Looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a while. Panel holding up and down button on elevator were smashed and broken exposing wiring behind it. Hair in shower from previous occupants. Smelled terrible in hallways as if they needed to be shampooed.

Horrible Experience Don’t Stay Here! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The customer service was horrific from the time I checked in. The room had so much damage that they either tried to cover up or just didn’t care. Go downstairs for assistance and the front desk clerk sitting down watching tv. They claim breakfast was available, there was no breakfast! Just coffee. No coffee machines in the rooms. No cups! U have to ask for dishes. When my husband asked for cups all they had was paper cups. Had to make my own ... read more

La sabanas estan sucias y el sofa cama el colchon estaba muy sucio y no habia sabanas extras
