I like the fact that it was convenient and not too expensive. But I hated the fact that my bathroom sink didn't work it was run down I called the office and asked for a blanket the girl said sure I'll bring one right down and then 20 minutes later I called because she never showed it was a guy that answered he was very rude and hung up in my face and I was told I could call back in a couple of hours and see if they have a blanket available this was around midnight. So they wanted me to wake up at 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning ... read more

Terrible limpieza y experiencia en general Al llegar el empleado de recepción me dijo que podía pasar a revisar la habitación, en la cual encontré cucarachas pegadas en la pared y en general terrible limpieza, por lo que decidí no quedarme y me dijeron que no cobrarían nada. Esa misma noche me llegó el cargo a mi tarjeta, hablé al número que aparece en su app y me reiteraron que no cobrarían nada. Es la fecha que el cargo no ha sido reversado. Terrible experiencia! Sigo esperando al cancelación del cargo 😣
