Horrible Motel Trust the reviews.. Roaches, stovetop that didn't work, TV with ruined screen, card entry lock wouldn't work until after 10 tries, poor excuse of "breakfast", NOT a stocked kitchen even after paying extra for it ( couple of spoons a pot and a pan after having to ask for it ). Never again staying in this chain.

This place is a joke i book rooms in the woodlands spring are every weekend ..the girl at the fromt desk when i walked in she said she couldnt get the computer working and didnt know what to do she called a manager and after she talked the manager she asked me if i could come back in 10 min to check in i made a reservation few days before check in date..i came back 20 min later and she told me they dont have anything available i was very upset.. this girl was new and had no idea what she was doing the parking lot was half em... read more

No customer service Absolutely terrible. I booked the room on hotels.com. When I arrived in the parking lot, I got a call from the hotel stating that the room is not available and they are over booked. The front desk clerk went on to say their system is down and she can’t cancel my reservation and I will be charged for the room. I was not able to get a refund from hotels.com. This place is representing the extended stay it’s a very small hotel room. The stove didn’t work. The bathroom door didn’t close no clean towels no amenities at all no housekeeping overall I think Motel stick is a little bit better than this place and that’s pretty bad.
