What I didn't like was I had made a reservation and when we got to the hotel they were fully booked. No rooms were available. I paid for nothing and did not get the room I requested.

The power was still out at this location. Why were you still accepting reservations if you knew the power was out. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

The property didn’t have power.

I booked this hotel on Expedia when the hotel knew they didn't have electricity (3 days from Hurricane Beryl.) No staff onsite when I showed up. I talked to somebody who was staying at the hotel and they said numerous people like myself who booked a room to come there and find out they didn't have any power. Total scam.
